This standard 2 month program, often targeted towards key contributors through 
mid-level managers, includes a range of assessments in addition to 
8 individualized, hour-long sessions to focus on the client’s priorities. During the 
program, unlimited phone and email support surrounding brief tactical 
discussions are also encouraged. 

As with all Core Choices Consulting programs, there is built-in flexibility such 
that clients may choose to spread out some of the sessions beyond the 
2 months. Commonly, a client will utilize 5-6 back-to-back weekly sessions 
to complete assessments, define their direction, develop their marketing plan, 
and finish the resume and associated marketing material;  the remaining 
2-3 sessions may then be spread out over a 6-8 week period and focus more 
on tactical advising and tailoring approaches to specific networking contacts 
and companies. Additionally, 1 or 2 of the hour long sessions might be broken 
out into multiple ½ hour phone consultations. All these modifications, within 
reason, are driven by the client’s progress and preferences.

At a minimum, the following standard online assessments are included in this 
program: Personality Preferences, Career Exploration, Values, Work Styles, 
and Strengths and Work Environment Fit.

Included is 6 months online access to EmploymentTalk 4.0 by Insala, 
the world leading provider of web-based job search and career transition 
solutions since 2000. The comprehensive and self-directed online tool includes: 
calendar / task / contact management, a meta-job searching portal, 
assessments, networking, a resume development assistant, Hoovers company 
database platinum access, Linkedin integration, job alerts, job search tips, 
and interactive video capabilities are also included.
