PLATINUM INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
Highly customized to meet the particular needs of the individual client,
often an executive or senior level manager, this program traditionally
ranges from 3 to 6 months or longer in duration with consultant and
client typically meeting once each week in addition to phone and email
With a relatively high percentage of these individuals exploring business
ownership or consulting options, flexibility is a priority as we customize
the program design for each client. Executives and senior managers
have access to the full range of assessment products. If they have
administrative support, laptop, or office needs, these can be
accommodated as program add-ons at the request of the client company.
Support for the career transition needs of other family members is included
as part of the program.
Program component highlights include: unlimited career coaching within the program time period; full range of standard and special assessments as needed, such as MBTI, DISC, Strong and Campbell, FIRO-B, EQi; development of an executive resume and assistance with all other marketing materials; support for online communication and searching activities, and career coaching for family members as requested.
Also, the following standard online assessments are included in this program: Personality Preferences, Career Exploration, Values, Work Styles, and Strengths and Work Environment Fit.
