SILVER INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM
This 1 month - 4 individual session program provides a solid foundation for an
individual client to launch their job search. A resume is included, with work
around its development typically taking up 2 of the individual sessions. The
additional time is often invested in helping the client manage the emotional
roller coaster and develop a marketing plan outline. A Golden Personality
Profiler and Campbell Skills and Interest Inventory are included assessments
in this program. Online follow up support insures the client has available
resources for the journey following the completion of individual session work.
Within the parameters of the Silver program, the client is also encouraged to
make their priorities known so that some customization can occur. Topics often
explored include: market research, networking, online branding, finding positions,
crafting cover letters or other specific approaches, or negotiations.
At a minimum, the following standard online assessments are included in this
program: Personality Preferences, Career Exploration, Values, Work Styles,
and Strengths and Work Environment Fit.
